How To Enable On Screen Keys on Your Android

This tutorial will show you how to enable on screen keys, if you want to enable on screen keys just follow these steps.

Note:
Root is required for all the steps, If you want to root read our previous posts.

Step 1:

Download ES File explorer, install it and open it.

Step 2:

Hit menu key scroll down to Tools and select root explorer on, Give Es file explorer superuser permissions.

Step 3:

Now Tap on Root explorer and select Mount R/W, now select RW in both Path and system

Step 4:

Click on SD Card on top and select Device and open folder system and select the file build.prop, Open it in ES Note editor

Step 5:

Hit Menu key and select edit

Step 6:

Scroll down to bottom and type add line/string qemu.hw.mainkeys=0
Now hit back and save it.

Step 7:

Reboot your device.

Bingo now you have On Screen Keys

To revert back remove line/ string qemu.hw.mainkeys=0 and save again and reboot your device On screen keys will be gone.
