How To Fix Unfortunately Stopped Error on your Android

Android Smartphone and Tablet. Lots of Android Users are daily facing this stupid error in their devices. Not only Downloaded applications sometimes Pre-loaded applications are also showing this error message. Here are Four steps to solve this issue –
Step 1: Clear Application Storage Data –
Go to your device “Settings” menu.
Find the “Application manager” option and tap on this.
Now at first “Downloading apps” tab opens . If you download this app which is Stopped Unfortunately then find here and if it is Pre-loaded then swipe left and go to “All apps” tab.
Select the Application.
Now you can see the application information.
Tap on the “Force stop” option.
Then press on “Clear cache”.
At last “Clear data”.
Now all application’s cache files and data will be removed from your device. Launch the application. If the problem persists then follow next steps.
Step 2: Update the Application –
Open the “Google Play Store” app.
Tap on the “Option” icon or key.
Go to “Installed apps” or “My apps“.
Find here the app and “Update” it (if update is available).
Note: These steps are applicable for both application’s which is Downloaded or Pre-installed. If you download this app from Google play store and the issue cannot be solved by following these steps then Uninstall the app and download again.
Step 3: Check Firmware Update of your device (only for pre-installed app) –
Go to the phone “Settings“.
Scroll up and tap on the “About Device“ option.
Click on the “Software Update” and then check for Updates.
Step 4: Factory reset your device(only for pre-installed app) –
This is the last step.
Open your device “Settings” menu.
Go to your “Privacy settings” or “Backup and Restore” option.
Tap “Factory data reset” option. Now you can see an Alert message – “All data will be erased from device memory, including your Google account, system and application data, settings and downloaded apps.”
Tap on “Reset phone” option.
Then “Erase everything”.
Now your device starts the resetting process. After sometime when resetting is completed your phone will be restart automatically and its will be set back to factory defaults and just came out of the box.
